Contact

Send us the situation. A reply follows within one working day.

Every enquiry is answered directly by TRDG Commercial Credit Management. We operate by email so the case is structured, documented, and auditable from the first message onward. No call centres. No aliases.

Get in touch

Send the essentials. We will do the assessment.

For a recovery case, the more of the following included in the first message, the quicker we can respond substantively:

  • The outstanding balance and the age of the debt.
  • The debtor's registered business name and, where available, the company number.
  • A brief summary. What was invoiced, when, and any dispute raised by the debtor.
  • Any prior action taken. Emails sent, calls attempted, disputes noted.

For a retainer enquiry, please indicate the approximate number of live invoices under management each month and the accounting software in use (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or otherwise).

What happens next

The first 48 hours after enquiry.

  1. 01

A personal reply, within one working day.

A direct response from TRDG Commercial Credit Management, not an autoresponder. Where the initial detail is sufficient, we set out what we can do. Where it is not, we ask the specific clarifying questions required.

  2. 02

Commission or retainer confirmed in writing.

Before any correspondence is issued to the debtor. Rate, scope, and mutual expectations are set out in a document you sign.

  3. 03

Letter of authority signed. First action issued.

A short document authorising us to act on the client's behalf. Once returned, the first structured demand is issued to the debtor. From that point onwards, a written update follows every stage of the case.
